Wellness it at the top my priorities

Wellness is always at the top of my priorities list.

I love these two flavors

Last year I became certified as a yoga teacher. I graduated from a 500-hour teacher training and I can´t be happier.

My yoga room is right by the kitchen

The result is that this year I´m fully committed to share what works for me when it comes to balancing work, pleasure and self-care.

In order to be as productive as I can in every area, I´ve moved from working out at a gym or practicing yoga in a studio to doing both at home.

Since I also work from home, I usually dress in athleisure, so I am ready to get on my yoga mat as soon as I get a break.

My yoga room is nothing fancy, just a small area with a beautiful lavender wall painted by my husband and my youngest daughter.
